2nd Wednesday Night Rucking Crew

Step-off at 6:00 PM.


Gather inside the Brewery at 5:30 PM.

START/END: We'll start and end inside the Taproom.


ROUTE: Midland Valley Trail is right across the street from the brewery. It runs past Centennial Park, the Oaklawn Cemetery, acrsoss the River Parks Pedestrian Bridge, through Maple Park and all the way down to the Gathering Place.


Be sure to try the Tulsa Flag Blonde Ale and pick up one of the Dead Armadillo Brewery 4"x2" patches!


If you've been curious about GORUCK or if you would like to get involved in a fun community fitness activity, join us for this fun/introductory ruck. At 6:00 PM on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, the rucking crew will be rucking 3-6 miles from the location designated above with weighted ruck sacks.


"Urban Hiking" -Wearing a weighted backpack. Burns more calories than walking alone. No running involved.


- First time ruckers: We recommend no more than 10 pounds on your first ruck. A weighted rucksack/backpack is OPTIONAL.

- Wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes.

- Bring water and stay hydrated.
