3rd Wednesday Night Ruck Crew

05:30 PM - 08:00 PM CDT

6850 S Elwood Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132

During the spring and summer months, the rucking crew will step off from local parks and trails for some rucking fun!


Each week: Step-off at 6:00 PM sharp. Message the team lead for location if you’re running late.


3rd Wednesday: Turkey Mountain Wilderness Park, main parking lot by the restroom facility

Physical fitness and social interaction are proven ways to bring people together and set the conditions to build meaningful relationships.


If you've been curious about GORUCK or if you would like to get involved in a fun community activity that doesn’t involve running, join us for this fun, social ruck. At the time and dates listed above, the rucking crew will be rucking & walking 3-6 miles from the designated start point, looping back to the start point for the finish.


"Urban Hiking" -Wearing a weighted backpack. Burns more calories than walking alone. No running involved.


- First time ruckers: We recommend no more than 10 pounds on your first ruck. A weighted rucksack/backpack is OPTIONAL.

- Wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes.

- Bring water and stay hydrated. (NOTE: Hydration bladder hose/tubes will freeze.)


- Flashlights or hiking lanterns are recommended during the winter months as we may be rucking after dark.
