Join us Saturday Morning, 7am at White Rock Lake for 30 min out/30 min back ruck/run/walk. All levels welcome! Meet at 7317 Gaston Ave, Dallas. Please park directly in front of the Tom Thumb, in the parking lot next to IHOP. Running/Walking/Cycling/Rucking Events Note: The State of Texas has eased some of the social distance requirements; however, we will continue to adhere to published safety standards. Participants will wear masks as needed, observe 6-ft separation between members, and limit person to person contact. Everyone will avoid being in the slipstream of the leading person and maintain separation while staggered or side by side arrangement, or by keeping larger physical distances, where the distances increase with the walking, running, or cycling speed. [Rucking] There will be no buddy carries, mixing up rucks, or have participants carrying someone else's gear, team weights, coupons, or flags. Everyone will avoid being in the slipstream of the leading person and maintain separation while staggered or side by side arrangement, or by keeping larger physical distances, where the distances increase with the rucking speed. If you are feeling sick, have a fever of a 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, have shortness of breath, or have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID positive individual, please stay home and join us at a future event.
