December Cardio Minutes Challenge!

The holidays are coming, and for many that means a bit more stress and/or indulging in goodies than usual. Never fear, though: Team RWB LA has you covered with the December fitness challenge! We’re going to close out 2018 with a cardio minutes challenge.
The goal: Engage in any form of cardio at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week.* That’s the minimum. You are of course free to do more.
What counts as cardio? That’s up to you. If it gets you moving and your heart rate up, it’s all good in our book. That could be walking, vacuuming, hiking, bowling, playing Frisbee, riding a bike, stand up paddle boarding, soccer, running, decorating for the holidays …. You get the idea! We just ask that you engage in a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise per session.

If you don’t submit the minutes using the form, we can’t count them.
