Devil’s Lake State Park Trail Clean-Up
09:00 AM - 02:00 PM CDT
S5976 State Road 113, Baraboo, WI 53913
Here is a great chance to give back a bit to the trails we all love to run/hike/ruck/bike/walk! We are planning to join the crew from the Dances with Dirt trail race at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 29 to do our part in trail maintenance: a chance to spend some time in nature while volunteering and giving back.
Debby Capener, the trail coordinator for Ice Age Trail around Devil's Lake will lead the way on cleanup day, targeting invasive species and clearing trails around Sauk Point (between Highway 113 and Parfrey's Glen) and along the prairie on the Riverland Conservancy. Volunteers will park and meet up at the red barn just south of the intersection of Highway DL and Highway 113. Please bring work gloves, water and clippers/loppers if you have them.
Make sure to RSVP at this link so you can get additional info. If we have enough folks willing to help out, we will coordinate car pools out and back.
