End your Monday with a little bit of mindfulness at 7:30 PM CST! Join our zoom chat for a short Awareness of Breath exercise followed by a Loving Kindness meditation and discussion led by Matt Kiddoo. While breathing comes natural, it is the "anchor" that allows everyone to better handle whatever life throws our way. And just like breathing, loving & kindness is something everyone's heart desires. The ripples of the kind heart are the highest blessings of the Universe. We are also much better suited to tackle further mindfulness & yoga exercise with the core "anchor" of the breath and an open loving, kind heart.
