Fly Casting Class with Veterans on the Fly @Bosco Unit Sugar River

We're excited to partner with Veterans on the Fly aka VotF for a change to get our Eagle-anglers out fly tying, casting, and enjoying Wisconsin's majestic ponds, lakes, rivers, and streams! Due to these events being dependent on ever-changing elements such as water levels and weather, locations will not be available until the day of the event. Tomorrow's Class: The Basco Unit or Neperud Farm This Wednesday we will be at the Bosco Unit On Hwy 69 South of Madison. It’s a fantastic spot put together from TU, WDNR, and Dane County. Still looking cold so dress warm. Bring some waders or shoes and pants that you can get wet as we may be wading. All gear as always is provided. Feel free to bring a friend or loved one as well. I will be bringing a ton of waders, boots, and rods. They were donated by our local Orvis store. Come get geared up. We hear tail of big brown trout hitting streamers down deep! So we will be working on streamer fishing When you get there, ask for Scott G.
