Functional Fitness Wear the Eagle Weekly Workout (Virtual)
Your Wear the Eagle Weekly Workout challenge is to accumulate 10, 30, or 50 thousand pounds pushed, pressed, or pulled over the course of the week. You have three ways to accomplish this: 1. You can choose to do all bodyweight movements then multiply your body weight by the number of reps you complete. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds and you do 10 push-ups you have moved 1000 pounds. 2. Only count the external weight you move by using dumbbells, bars, kettlebells, ect. 3. You can do a combination of both. Each day this week, check out the Team RWB Functional Fitness Facebook page for a bodyweight workout and an external weight workout for inspiration!
