Gans Creek 2.5mile Hike & meet

This month's Hike will be back at Gans Creek Wild Area to complete a 2.5 mile inner loop. This loop passes by the two best overlooks in the Gans Creek Area, both of them are at least 200 feet above the creek bottom. There are no major creek crossings on the loop, so you're not likely to get wet, but there may be some mud on the trail. After the loop, anyone who wants can gather at the Pierpont store to swap stories and enjoy a light snack, pizza or beverage together. They have a large outdoor seating area, so it will be great to hangout! The hike should take about an hour, so we'll make it to the Pierpont Store about when they open at 11 am. Brings your kids, friends, dogs and all. If anyone needs a ride, let us know. Looking forward to seeing you there!
