Jeff Lewis 300 Hero WOD

The Jeff Lewis 300 Hero WOD will be a workout based on the Army PT test that Jeff Lewis scored a perfect score of 300! All are welcome to come out and join us to workout or just to hang out with Jeff and show your support. The workout will be scaled to everyone’s ability so even beginners are welcome to join us! We hope to see everyone come out! Donations will be taken through a GoFundMe page set up for Jeff. Donations are greatly appreciated but NOT REQUIRED to attend the event. Team RWB will host a breakfast or lunch (depending on finish time) for teammates following the workout.
