Finish out your #RWBMarchingOrders Red, White, or Blue Level commitments. Red Level is 2,500 steps or 30 mins of adaptive movement. White Level is 5,650 steps or 60 mins of adaptive movement. Blue Level is 10,000 steps or 90 mins of adaptive movement. Research shows that taking steps and moving can contribute to positive overall health and well-being. This will be after the ruck, if you don't get enough steps in the ruck or do not want to ruck.
