MID-WEEK 2.5 MILE RUCK/HIKE AT HAW RIDGE PARK

What’s up Eagles…For this week's Wednesday ruck/hike we will ruck an approximately 2.5 mile loop on wooded dirt trails using the Lake, Saddle and Ridge Trails at the Haw Ridge Park. The park is a wilderness area covered by hardwoods (oak, poplar, hickory, beech) and some cedar, pines, and hemlock. There will be a couple of challenging sections but overall the elevation gain is 250ft and will be easy-moderate. The Haw Ridge Park trail head is on Edgemoor Road east of the Solway Park (GPS: 36.00019, -84.18507). I drive a bright yellow Tonka truck.
