MID-WEEK 3.3 MILE RUCK/HIKE AT HAW RIDGE PARK

What’s up Eagles…For this week's Wednesday ruck/hike we will ruck an approximately 3.3 mile loop on wooded dirt trails using the East Edge, East Shore, Rainbow and Powerline Trails at the Haw Ridge Park. The park is a wilderness area covered by hardwoods (oak, poplar, hickory, beech) and some cedar, pines, and hemlock. The East Edge/Shore trail has the potential to be muddy. There will be a challenging hill climb of 200ft elevation but overall the entire elevation gain is 315ft and will be easy-moderate. We will be meeting at the Haw Ridge Park trail head #2 near the Life Development Center, approximately 200 Old Edgemoor Road across from Centennial Golf Course (GPS: 36.01014, -84.16752).
