Monthly Ruck with Fitz

The last Sunday of each month, Fitz leads a ruck at Glasgow Park, which is walking with a weighted backpack. The amount of weight is at your discretion (e.g. 10lbs for first-timers, or even optional). No prior fitness experience is needed. Dress appropriately for the weather, and expect a fun and leisurely ruck. Park in the lot in front of the big hill (sledding hill at Hero’s Way) at Glasgow Park. This ruck is outdoors and social distancing can be maintained. All state guidelines regarding COVID-19 will be followed.
