OP Schnabel Park Trail Run/Walk

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM CDT

9606 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78250

**Meet at the YMCA** Eagles, join us for a 3-6 mile trail run at OP Schnabel Park, "the cleanest little park in Texas" in the northwest side of the Alamo City. This event was previously hosted at Government Canyon but we decided to move the location to OP Schnabel for the time being. OP Schnabel offers a little over 8 miles of improved trails (concrete, asphalt, pugmill, natural). The pace for this event will be based on the ability of participants and no one will be left behind. As always, wear the appropriate clothing and bring your preferred hydration to this event. Note: The State of Texas has eased some of the social distance requirements; however, we will continue to adhere to published safety standards. Participants will wear masks as needed, observe 6-ft separation between members, and limit person to person contact. Everyone will avoid being in the slipstream of the leading person and maintain separation while staggered or side by side arrangement, or by keeping larger physical distances, where the distances increase with the walking, running, or cycling speed. If you are feeling sick, have a fever of a 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, have shortness of breath, or have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID positive individual, please stay home and join us at a future event.
