Sedgwick County Park, 13th street entrance. In India, to mark the beginning of Spring, the people participate in Holi Festival. Many of us have seen or know about the colored pigments thrown around at the end of a Color Run 5k...think of that but on a much larger scale! After a ruck around the park, we'll celebrate our own beginning of Spring (a couple weeks late) with a water gun/ water ball fight and a good spreading of Spring cheer with some colored pigments. Please wear clothing you don't mind ending up looking like an Easter egg...or better yet, wear a white or gray T-shirt so that you'll have a tie dyed memento of the celebration!
