ROTATING WEEKLY RUN/WALK/RIDE

Join us for our weekly run/walk/ride! We normally run or walk around 5k, but the distance is easily adjustable. All fitness/activity levels are welcome, as are bikes, strollers, and friendly/leashed four-legged friends. This week we're on the Three Notch Trail and we'll meet at John V. Baggett Park. Check out our Team RWB Southern Maryland Facebook page for additional information. Please bring / wear a mask and practice appropriate social distancing. Our goal is to get together and enjoy some fresh air and physical activity while also keeping each other and our community safe.
