Join us for a 2-3 mile ruck around the city! What's rucking? It's simply walking with a weighted backpack (15-20 lbs is standard, but it's your choice!). Occasional functional fitness moves, like squats, are thrown in as well. You're welcome to come walk sans backpack if you prefer.

**Rucks will begin and end at Amnesty CrossFit during the winter months**
