This is a 4 mile route with options to make it shorter or longer every day. Prolyfyck Run Crew builds community though early morning runs. Growing larger every week, the crew runs together through the heart of Charlottesville Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Walkers start at 5:50AM, walk/run intervals start at 5:55AM, runners start at 6:00AM with occasional stops to wait and cheer others on. The run/walk starts at The Jefferson African-American Heritage Center. There are different groups for different paces ranging form speed runners to walkers.
