Saturday Morning Group Run/Walk

Yet another new location! Indian Mounds Drive begins at a park at the southwest end of the road.

Any mileage can be accomplished with loops or along the Kent Trails.

All distances and paces WELCOME.

We should be able to get our mileage in with 60 to 90 minutes running - less for 10K runners.

Mileage and time is building, so bring your own fuel and hydration.

River Bank Run training mileage:

25K Novice Runner – 11 miles.

25K Experienced Runner – 13 miles.

10K - 7 miles.

Also new at this location - free coffee and donuts! Bring your own chair and hang out a while.
