Stafford Saturday Run/Walk

Join us this Saturday morning from 0800 to 1000 at the Jeff Rouse Swim Center parking lot (see the map pin above) for a run or walk through Stafford. Walk a mile or run 13.1. Eight to eighty, 20 minute mile pace or 5 minute miles, veteran or civilian; we truely do welcome all. It is more about the social interaction through physical activity for Team RWB. Bring your family, friends, coworkers, neighboors, pets or some guy off the street. The endstate is veteran enrichment. The side benefits are great friendships and community involvement. COVID-19 update: While the State is in Phase III we are required to mask up while in a group, maintain 6 ft distance when not exercising and keep 10 ft of distance when out exercising. --- see you Saturday, Chad.
