Sumter Walk/Ruck/Run – Monday Night

Come join us in Sumter for the Monday Group Run/Walk/Ruck We usually park in the dirt lot to the side. Show up a few minutes early! We start promptly at 6 PM! We run regardless of weather. We start and finish at the PO House. The distance on the runs can average from 1 to 4.1 miles. Everyone is welcome to join us. Run, Stroll, Ruck, Walk..whatever you want. Just show up! Please invite your friends in and around Sumter! Bring a headlamp or light during winter/fall daylight savings hours! **During this event we will ask that you adhere to the required South Carolina Social distance policy and that you wear a mask if you will be within 6 feet of others.
