This week we'll head to Penfield and meet at Channing H Philbrick Park ( 1 Linear Park Dr, Penfield, NY 14526 ) at 8am...... Join other Eagles from Team RWB Rochester as we walk/ruck each Sunday morning. Locations will vary, but we typically meet at 7-9:00am and walk/ruck anywhere between 3-5 miles on average. Following local and state guidelines as well as those from Team RWB National, here are the parameters we will follow. A mask is required and must be worn when social distancing can not be maintained. For the purposes of this event, social distance while walking is 6 feet and 12 while running. County restrictions limit groups to less than 10 people. If more than 10 Eagles are present, we will split into smaller groups in the parking lot and start the event in waves. When someone approaches in the opposite direction or from behind, please go single file and maintain your distance from the Eagle in front of you.
