Sunday Morning Walk/Ruck (Seneca Park Zoo Irondequoit)

Join us this week as we make our way out to Irondequoit and start our weekly walk/ruck from the Seneca Park Zoo parking lot. We'll be meeting our friends from Rochester Ruck Club AND celebrating Ian's Birthday with some miles! Join other Eagles from Team RWB Rochester as we walk/ruck each Sunday morning. Locations will vary, but we typically meet at 7-9:00am and walk/ruck anywhere between 3-5 miles on average.
