Sunday Ruck

Join us for a ruck/walk of ten miles (or less) in the Cascades Park/Railroad Square area! The plan is to do loops so we can pass our vehicles when ready to end or to acquire/change gear. We are parking and stepping off at 7:30 AM in front of the Railroad Square Craft House. After the ruck, we plan on grabbing some brunch if interested. Please come on out if you would like to join us for all or some of the miles! The more the merrier! Hope to see you! ** COVID-19 is caused by a coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness. The virus is mostly spread by respiratory droplets released when people talk, cough, or sneeze. We will be adhering to local guidelines in response to the risks of COVID-19 to include breaking groups up to maintain 6 feet of separation between people. Please practice the following guidelines before, during, and after events: wash your hands often (avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands); staying home when sick, monitor your health; discourage sharing of items that are difficult to clean, sanitize, and/or disinfect.
