Sunday training run/walk- location change

Hood Canal, Anchorage, AK

NEW LOCATION- meet at Hood Canal by Lake Hood off of Spenard and Lakeshore Drive. Past the open gate and to the left can park in the dirt area by the Hood Canal sign. Regular shoes can be worn. Flat, clear shoulder of road and sidewalk all the way back on Spenard to loop it 4.3 miles or can walk to 1st plane crossing and back is 1.5 miles. Only icy in parking lot behind Lakefront hotel, so recommend sidewalk to loop back by gas station on Spenard/Wisconsin st. Get ready for summer races and get outside to run/walk some miles with fellow Eagles. Log some April Fool's miles.
