Join us for beginner level yoga! You don't need to be a member of the YMCA to attend, but you do need to indicate in the app that you're coming so that we can make sure to have the correct leader to member ratio that the YMCA requires. Mats are provided. You will need to wear a mask until you get to class. Mats are distanced for safety.
