TABATA : Burpees (Full Tabata round) // Rest 1 Minute // Walking Lunges (Full Tabata round) // ***Bonus Round // Burpees (Full Tabata round) What's TABATA? 20 seconds of work at MAX EFFORT. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat this (same movement) 8 times through. Total work/rest should be 4 minutes for each effort. At the end of your 8th round, you should need rest. If completing multiple Tabata Rounds rest 60 seconds in between each. You can find free Tabata apps for your phone or tablet to download to make the timing easier.
