Team RWB Phoenix Joins Still Rucking Wednesday Morning Challenge Ruck

Wednesday Challenge Ruck

Weekly Challenge Ruck Time:

Start: 0600 - We will begin promptly, get there early. End: 0800 - No Later Then.

Location: Lost Creek Trail Head, Verrado (Buckeye) AZ.

Ruck: 10 - 30lb depending on fitness level (you determine)

Water: at least 2L (3L recommended)

Weight: We will be carrying an additional sandbag for Uneven Load Training

(ULT). If you have one, bring it.


Our Wednesday Challenge Ruck is 1-3 miles with a ruck and a sandbag. You can work solo or in teams to carry at least a 40lb sandbag in addition to your pack for the duration of the ruck. We will stop every 1/4 mile or so to do a short period of body weight / sandbag exercises.

This is a full body workout with time at the end to socialize or grab some coffee at one of the local coffee houses.
