Join us on a fun run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ from the VGK Practice arena! We will meet in the parking lot (look for an orange truck and some runners) and there will be options for a run and walk! Afterwards, stop in for a 🍻 or food with us at the grill (Mackenzie River) located inside the arena. We will have a running and power walking group.
