Wear The Eagle Workout: Quads of Eagle Fire! (Virtual)

What's a week of functional fitness workouts without a wall sit challenge? This will test your lower body, strength, and will power. The challenge is to hold a wall sit as long as possible. Find a flat wall, not glass or mirrored. Slide down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold as long as you can.
