Wednesday Free CrossFit at CR10

Get out of your comfort zone and try something new! Find muscles you didn't know you had and add some strength training into your running or rucking routine!


The RWB CrossFit classes are beginner friendly functional fitness classes hosted at CR10 CrossFit (CoreTen Fitness) in downtown Wilmington, DE. All skill levels welcome, workouts will be scaled and modified to your ability level. You do not need CrossFit experience to attend. Workouts will include body weight exercises, gymnastics movements, dumbbells, kettlebells,etc.


Erin (Gilmore) Patterson, the coach for these workouts, is a certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and has been coaching for six years. There is no drop in fee, the class is free and open to Team RWB members and current CoreTen members.


For new attendees:

1) Arrive early, 10-15 minutes before scheduled class time. You will need to fill out a waiver at the CoreTen front desk (entrance facing 11th).  

2) Parking is available on street (free after 6pm) or in the parking garage at 11th and Orange (small fee, a couple of bucks).  

3) Tell Erin at the beginning of class if you have any injuries (old or new), limited mobility, or if any movements are particularly challenging for you.  

4) Show up, get a good workout in, and enjoy the group class environment with your fellow Team RWB members.
