Come out and ruck! Rucking is a perfect way to simultaneously build strength and aerobic capacity. The best part of rucking is that everyone can do it. The best part of our meetups is you! Whether you're just looking for a way to start getting in shape or want to add something new your training program, rucking is for you. How far do we ruck? Our Rucks are 2, 3, 5 miles, and everyone in between. We adjust it based on who's participating. How heavy is the ruck? Up to you. Getting started? Ruck what you’re comfortable with carrying over a few miles. If you’re preparing for a GORUCK Challenge, we’d recommend that you practice carrying the prescribed packing list for your challenge. Rucking is Cardio, Rucking is Simple, Rucking is Scalable, Rucking is for you! Any ruck/backpack, water bladder or bottle, headlamp, and reflective bands or belt. Any weight - Scale For all ages. Linkup out in front of FOB Brewery. We're one of more than 100 Official GORUCK Clubs across the country. We conduct weekly GORUCK Club Meetups, participate in GORUCK Challenges together, and participate in Service Rucks which give back to our communities. GORUCK also issues us monthly #Callouts, which require us to do something special in conjunction with rucking and they reciprocate by rewarding each participant with a special patch. We also receive a special discount on GORUCK Challenges and other events. Everyone is welcome and our workouts are scalable.
