Join us every Sunday morning for a ruck along the river! What's rucking? Simply put, it's walking with a weighted backpack. How much weight and distance is up to you - we recommend 10-20 pounds to start. The weekly ruck will vary in distance (5 miles is average, but can be modified for all) and is suitable for all, including kids and pups (on leash). Unsure about carrying weight? Come out and walk with us anyway! Rucking is all about working out together.
We will meet at Cooper River Park in Camden, NJ at 9:00AM. It is a 3.8 mile loop, so we can do once, or twice or more! We look forward to seeing you out there!
