Mary joins Team RWB in the role of Grants Manager. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from University of New England and a Master of Arts in English from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She teaches college English courses and volunteers with various community nonprofits including a local food pantry. She is a civilian Master Resilience Trainer through the US Army and is a Military spouse, dog mom, and distance backpacker deeply involved with the Appalachian Trail hiking community. She enjoys running on trails where she resides in Northern New York with her husband, John, and their two Labrador Retrievers, Hazel and Bettie. She’s originally from Ohio and loves hiking, camping, and snowshoeing.
