Prior to joining the executive staff, Mollie served as a Marine Corps officer specializing in logistics and operations.  Her experiences include Asia-Pacific multinational military exercises, humanitarian disaster relief operations, and acquisition program management.  Mollie is a two-time gold medalist in the Armed Forces triathlon championship and was named the Marine Corps Athlete of the Year in 2016.  She earned her Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy where she ran cross-country and track.  Mollie comes from a large family full of military service members, with two sisters, three brothers, and her husband all currently serving active duty. She now resides in San Diego, California with her husband Bennett.  She enjoys training for and competing in long distance triathlons and recreational back-country skiing, and surfing.
