On February 22, World Yoga Day, Team RWB will host its annual yoga National Event. Eagle NamasDay is hosted by Team RWB Chapters at studios, outdoors, and even on paddle-boards throughout the country to bring veterans together with their communities to practice yoga and showcase its role in increasing physical and mental health. Given the broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals, Eagle NamasDay is our chance to show that anyone can do yoga and take advantage of its mental and physical benefits. Choose a practice, poses, and location and make it your own! The goal is to get as many Eagles and community members as possible practicing yoga on the same day – all across the country!
We will be running three challenges for Eagle NamasDay from February 22-25 – Most Event Check-Ins, Most Veteran Check-Ins, and Best Social Media Action Shot. Winners will earn Team RWB Yoga mats for Yoga Studios and Eagles to use at future yoga events!
