The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is a federal program administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) that allows certain nonprofit organizations to solicit contributions from employees of the federal government of the United States. The mission of CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.

With the President's Council, Joining Forces is expanding access to wellness programs and resources for service members and their families to lead healthier and more active lifestyles.
