Christina Smythe joined Team RWB in January 2012. Christina is a military spouse and mother of three wonderful, feral children who inspire, motivate and help maintain her coffee habit. She works with Military Housing Network/Keller Williams, providing a wide array of assistance to service members through the home buying and PCS processes. Christina is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Behavioral Change Specialist (American Council on Exercise), Pre & Post-natal fitness expert, Spartan Race Trifecta competitor (2015,2016), and Ragnar Relay participant  (2015,16,17,18). Additionally, she volunteers her time working with wear blue run to remember, coordinating the wear blue mile,  honoring fallen service members during major race events nationwide. Her heart is fully devoted to honoring the service and sacrifices of our military service members and their families past and present.

Christina found friendship, camaraderie, love and support from Team RWB during a difficult time in her life, and has since committed her sincerest efforts to enriching the lives of veterans through her leadership and participation within Team RWB. During her Fellowship, she will be working as the Central region’s social media and media content manager while working towards her Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Notre Dame.

Christina’s father is a Vietnam Veteran who served as a helicopter pilot in the Marine Corps for 27 years, and is a constant source of encouragement and motivation. As a military spouse for 11 years, she has had the opportunity to serve in various Family Readiness Group positions, as well as providing fitness classes for units and military spouses as a certified personal trainer. Christina is a graduate of Huntingdon College, with a bachelor’s of Business Administration and a minor in Media Studies.

Christina is from Pensacola, Florida, and currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. Her hobbies include snow skiing, Amazon-Priming, drinking coffee, driving to get coffee, thinking about coffee – cheering on the Florida Gators, creating and decorating custom cookies, running, planning and all things Jocko Willink. You can usually find her hanging out with her littles, adding to her awesome felt-tip pen collection, enjoying hot-wings, trail running (due to love of hotwings) or brushing up on movie trivia with her husband.
