Practice Mindfulness to Reduce Stress
Life can be stressful. When you add a pandemic that has lasted more than 13 months – it’s easy to see how everyday stressors can become amplified. Team RWB Eagles may have experienced major changes in their lives during the pandemic, including changing work environments, homeschooling, a reduction in face-to-face social engagements, and more.
That’s why making mindfulness a priority is more important now than ever. Taking the time to be present and observe, without judgement, can help with the physical, mental, and emotional load of stress. Mindfulness is a practice every Team RWB Eagle can do anytime, anywhere.
