Get moving, inspire others, and stay connected during social distancing with Eagle Nation by your side as part of Team RWB’s Quarantine Crusher Challenge. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Our goal is to come out of this better than when we started, together. You might be isolated, but you’re not alone. If you’re looking to get moving, check out these resources:


Regular physical activity is important and helps you stay healthy. Not only does it help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, but it also boosts the immune system. The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends 150-300 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity and 2 sessions per week of muscle strength training. Fit in 2, 5, 10 or 20 minutes, however and wherever you can. If you need some ideas on exercise, we’ve got you covered on the Team RWB App. However you decide to move, know we’re right beside you. Fit it in your workouts wherever you can and then check-in to let us know you’ve crushed your quarantine. 



Whether your movement for today looks like a lunch time walk, some time in the garden, or tackling one of our workouts in the Team RWB app, set a goal to incorporate daily movement and check-in to the Quarantine Crusher event to let us know you got moving today!
