Grievances, misunderstandings, frustrations or serious concerns may arise as we work together in the pursuit of our mission. It is Team Red, White & Blue’s intent to be responsive to the concerns of its members and volunteer leaders. Therefore, any Team Member who is confronted with a problem may use this protocol for addressing a serious concern.
