Who’s ready to kick 2020 to the curb and start 2021 with new goals and a positive outlook? Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) is inviting you to soar into 2021 with Eagle Nation. For 31 days, we’ll stand by your side as you set aside time to work toward your individual goals as part of our third annual Take Flight Challenge, presented by PayPal, and sponsored by Humana Military. 

We’ll be offering four Take Flight goal tracks to choose from so you can start the year off with healthy, positive resolutions. Each track will offer support along the way through fitness plans, daily inspiration, virtual coaching and advice from experts and professional athletes including Meb Keflezighi, and more available through the Team RWB App.

Registration is free! Chose one, or any combination, of the following goals:


Looking to run a 5k (3.1 miles) or 10k (6.2 miles), but don’t know where to start? Want to become a more consistent runner? This is the track for you! Complete four weeks of training to run either a 5k or a 10k with expert advice to guide you through the month.


Do you want to improve your yoga form, or learn new poses? Maybe you’ve never given yoga a shot, but would like to try. If you want to incorporate yoga into your life, this is your track. Sign up for expert yogi support for the entire month of January. Namaste! 

Functional Fitness:

Start a workout routine that improves and prepares your body for real-life movements. Squats, lunges, reaches, and pulls are all moves we do in everyday life. Functional fitness strengthens those muscles, reducing your risk of injury, but merging them into a fitness routine can be intimidating. Choose this track for advice on navigating this routine.

Healthy Habits: 

How many times have you attempted to drink 8 glasses of water a day, or get 8 hours of sleep every night, or eat healthy meals each day, and failed? Beginning, and sticking to, a healthy habit is no easy task, but support and motivation from the right people make it much easier. If you want to integrate healthy habits into your daily life, this is the track that will hold you accountable.

Sign up now (for free!), and starting January 1 through January 31, you will receive daily emails to keep you motivated and on track with each goal you select.

Each track includes expert advice from a coach to help guide you through the four weeks, as well as training plans and resources. Additionally, each week your coach will host a 30 minute live hangout to check your progress and answer any questions.
