Team Red, White & Blue Announces $4.75M investment from The Marcus Foundation
ATLANTA, GA – One of the nation’s leading veterans service organizations, Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB), has announced a gift of $4.75 million from The Marcus Foundation. Over the next three years, these funds will support the evolution of Team RWB’s delivery models, user experience, and the infrastructure to empower veterans to develop the mindset and habits that are central to a healthy, productive, and resilient life.
“The Marcus Foundation is America’s leading advocate for the wellbeing of the military and veteran community,” said Mike Erwin, founder and Executive Director of Team RWB. “We are so grateful for their support over the past four years, which has positioned Team RWB for true scale as we enter our tenth year and start a new decade. We have the volunteer leaders, technology, and the engaged community that we need to bring our mission to over 100,000 more veterans in the next three years, particularly service members in transition. Team RWB will continue to challenge veterans to know that their best days are still in front of them.”
“The Marcus Foundation is proud to partner with Team RWB,” said Marcus Ruzek, Senior Program Director of The Marcus Foundation. “We are focused on building a national network of programs to serve veterans and their families. They have served our country through the longest ongoing military conflict in our nation’s history, fought by all volunteers. Team RWB plays an integral part in this work and we’re honored to support them.”
