The State Coordinator is the highest level of volunteer leader within Team RWB. State Coordinators provide a direct and locally aware link between Eagle Leaders and Area Directors. All chapters within a State Coordinator’s area of responsibility will report directly to him or her. State Coordinators set the standard for other Team RWB members to follow and live the Eagle Ethos. A State Coordinator is selected by their Area Director and appointed by the Director of Operations to serve a minimum of a 12-month term.
During this term, the State Coordinator shall be a formal part of the communication and support structure of Team RWB’s Chapter and Community Program. Upon completion of their term, the State Coordinator will be eligible for up to $1,000 in reimbursement toward a life experience, educational opportunity, or certification of their choosing.
