Team RWB Staff, October 2023

As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m reflecting on Team RWB’s incredible journey from our humble beginnings to now. I’m filled with immense gratitude for the entire “Eagle ecosystem,” our fired-up members, individual donors, partners, and volunteers who helped make our organization what it is today. Together, we are Eagle Nation.

To our members, I want to express my deepest thanks. Your unwavering commitment, strength, and camaraderie create a powerful force that is transforming lives within our veteran community. It’s inspiring to witness the impact you have on one another as you take on your BFGs (big fitness goals), monthly missions, and more. Your collective dedication is truly the heart and soul of Team RWB.

To our individual donors and fundraisers, like Steve Majewski, your support has been instrumental in propelling Team RWB forward on our mission to enrich veterans’ lives. Your belief in our cause has enabled us to implement new strategies, ensuring that we are equipped to support veterans in their pursuit of becoming their best selves. Your contributions are a testament to the belief that when veterans thrive, they positively influence the lives of their families, communities, and our nation.

To our invaluable partners, like Yuengling, BMW, the entire team at Taji100, and all who supported us this year, your collaboration and shared commitment to our cause have played a pivotal role in our successes. Together, we are creating a version of Team RWB that stands ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of even more veterans. Your support is a cornerstone of our ability to reach new heights in service to those who have served our nation.

And last, but certainly not least, I’d like to thank the over 1,000 volunteers who we call Eagle Leaders. You are the backbone of our organization. Your commitment to forging the nation’s leading health and wellness community for veterans is evident in how you show up to host events, build chapters, enrich veterans’ lives—and the example you set for Eagle Nation. We couldn’t fulfill our mission without you.

Eagle Nation, at 200,000+ strong, I want to wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy Thanksgiving. Thank you for joining us on this incredible journey as we continue to move forward, together.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Mike Erwin, and all of us at Team RWB
